Paul Keuter is a seasoned sports and brand strategist with extensive leadership and transformational management experience in top-tier organizations. In between 2016 and 2023, he served almost 7 years on the Executive Board of Hertha BSC, where he led digital transformation, brand management, internationalization and corporate social responsibility.
Before joining Hertha, Paul played a key role at Twitter, holding the position of Global Sports Chair and shaping its worldwide sports strategy. He also has a background in TV production, marketing, business development, and athlete representation.
Eager to evolve new transformational and mindful leadership, Paul was always dedicated to change management, innovation and implementation of dynamic and modern company culture.
Unwavering to guide and follow his beliefs, Paul has been passionate about the strategic corporate implementation of the SDG‘s as well as Climate Action Initiatives, when this wasn’t too popular. On top he has been socially committed for more than two decades, both, professionally and as a board member of various Foundations.
His leadership is marked by inspirational motivation and encouragement of people, communities and organizations to belief in their self-efficacy to shape the future.
Paul used to be a contractual footballer and is a runner and sports enthusiast.
